To inspect gas installations of rented properties. Gas pipework tested. All appliances checked. Certificate issued on satisfactory completion.

To fit free standing cooker. Cooker points can be moved. Fitting provided and hoses can be provided.

To replace or install new hob.

Remove old fireplace. Alter chimney chamber as required. Alter gas pipework. Install fireplace. Install fire Plaster walls if required.
